On the occasion of the International Day of « alcohol and pregnancy, » on September 9, Reunisaf organizes a day of information and awareness about the risks of prenatal alcohol. Yesterday a third class college du ruisseau notably heard the testimony of a mother.

September 12, 2008 – Nine months, zero alcohol

International day « pregnancy and alcohol »

On the occasion of the 10th International Day of « Alcohol and pregnancy » Reunisaf organizes various operations until 13 September 2008. The association uses this event to encourage islanders to become involved in prevention. Pregnant women and women of childbearing age are of course the first set, but ultimately, the association wants to work on, more generally, « drunk women. »

10 September 2007 : Nine months = zero alcohol

For a week, the association Reunisaf has increased operations outreach of the people of Reunion Island, as in CHD on Saturday to warn against the fetal alcohol syndrome.

World day of alcohol and pregnancy

On the occasion of the World Day of « Alcohol and pregnancy » Reunisaf teams patrolled along the South and West beaches yesterday to educate young parents about the dangers of fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS). If the message seems to follow its way, there is still work to be done.
